Kilcar born Rory Gallagher is the ex lead singer/bassist of Donegal band the Revs. Rory, now based in Lanzarote, released his debut solo album 'God Bless the Big Bang' in 2008. Receiving an abundance of critical acclaim the album failed to take off on commercial terms. With a run of bad luck in the industry surely Rory will make it big with his next release which he plans to record this year.
